Integration of cloaker and wordpress.

The cloaker i am using contains two files, called index.php and cloak.php, which are uploaded to the domain i am cloaking. I'm quite new for cloaking.In order to use clokaker , I need to enter the "reviewer" page into the code index.php.However, I am using Wordpress, which contains an index.php already. So, I'm guessing that the a pair of index.php files have to be merged somehow. I have no idea about that part. Hope i ll get some help from you all.
