Black Hat SEO is customarily defined as the practice of using unethical techniques to make your search rankings go up.

*Posting OFF page strategies on irrelevant website and very low quality websites
*Posting more links on the same website such as bookmarking and web directories
*Inserting more keywords on image alt tags and footers

Great question ..This should be asked before getting into black hat seo..Spamming technique is otherwise known as blackhat methods..These are the following techniques used now a days..
KEYWORD STUFFING,
SPAM COMMENTING,
INVISIBLE TEXTS ,
ARTICLE SPINNING,
DUPLICATE CONTENT,
CLOAKING,
but if u use these techniques they are usually detected sooner or later and your page rank may get lower also be banned..Better advise is use greyhat technique..

Black hat SEO is a techniques which is use for improve the website ranking as well as traffic in short period of time. according to google guideline you should avoid the black hat techniques.
